We want all our customers to be satisfied with the hoists we deliver and the service we provide. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your new hoist(s), please read the frequently asked questions below or contact us directly.
How long does delivery take?
As the exclusive supplier of Hitachi Hoists in the UK, we can deliver our hoists from our UK warehouse within 2-3 business days. For customized hoists, we need 1-2 business days to customize your hoists.
VAT for UK & Ireland deliveries
Please note that for deliveries to the United Kingdom on all deliveries are subject to a 20 % VAT charge to import these goods into the United Kingdom. The majority of companies can claim this VAT amount back via your regular VAT refunding procedure. Deliveries to Northern Ireland are not subject to a VAT charge, provided that your Company’s VAT registration number is eligible for export / intra EU trading.
Who is handling the payment?
Your payment will be processed by our trusted provider Stripe, ensuring your data is securely and safely processed. We offer several payment options, including bank transfers, payment by invoice and all major credit cards.
Do I receive a track&trace code?
When we ship your hoists you will immediately receive a track&trace code via email.
Can I return my order?
You can exchange your order for another hoist within 14 days after delivery. Your order cannot be used, damaged and must be suitably packaged, including all original documentation. As soon as we receive the original product we will ship the new hoist to you. You will only pay the difference in price and the transport.

When we receive the original product we will refund your money within 2 working days. You will also receive a credit invoice. You will only be charged for transportation.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any costs until the moment the order is shipped to you. You will receive an email when we ship your order.
